Job DescriptionDaily facility and fleet inspection including 5S implementationIn charge for facility and route assessment (safety journey management)Monitor safe operation and maintenance of the working environment, plant and systemsMonitor maintenance of safe access and egress to the workplaceMonitor safe use, handling and storage of dangerous substancesReview arrangements and controls intended to prevent the risk of electrocution from portable or fixed electrical appliances and/or systemsPerform road accident investigation & reportingIn charge for training 5S & emergency drill for staff, and defensive driving training & safety riding for SPX driver/riderConduct daily safety briefing for all driversMonitoring driver qualification and selection processRequirementsMinimum Diploma in Health, Safety, and Environment or Electrical Engineering or any related fieldMinimum 1 years of experience as HSE in Logistics or Trucking Company (preferably warehousing)Have basic fire fighting certificateHave a AK3 Umum and Listrik from KemenakertransFamiliar with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet formula and Google Slides)Familiar with Warehouse Safety Management System & 5S ImplementationFamiliar with Traffic Accident ReportWilling to be placed at Tegal, Jawa Tengah
