Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines for our projects in MENA & EuropeConduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE standardsProvide HSE training and support to project teams and subcontractorsInvestigate incidents and accidents and provide recommendations for improvementMaintain accurate records of all HSE activities and report on performance to managementKeep up-to-date with local HSE regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable lawsDevelop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparednessLiaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies on HSE mattersConduct audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsMonitor and track HSE performance metrics to drive continuous improvementCollaborate with project teams to ensure HSE requirements are integrated into project planning and executionParticipate in HSE committees and meetings to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the construction industryKnowledge of HSE regulations and best practices in MENA & EuropeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentFluent in English and proficiency in other languages spoken in the region is a plus Willingness to travel to project sites in MENA & Europe.
