You will manage budgets and collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.In this role, your expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance will enable us to mitigate potential hazards and maintain a safe working environment. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain HSE management systems aligned with corporate and legal standardsConduct risk assessments, especially in electrical and chemical safetyCoordinate internal inspections and safety auditsDevelop and deliver safety and health training programsSupport accident investigations and corrective action planningLiaise with regulatory authorities and ensure proper hazardous waste managementQualificationsYOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree in Safety, Hygiene, Environmental or related fieldsExperience in HSE roles within industrial or commercial environmentsIntermediate conversational English and fluent SpanishKnowledge of local HSE regulations and reporting proceduresStrong data analysis and risk evaluation skillsWE VALUECalm and decisive response in emergency situationsClear and empathetic communication across all organizational levelsAbility to influence and guide teams in safe practicesProactive mindset for identifying and implementing improvementsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and TeamsAbout UsHoneywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
