HSE Engineer

Job Title: HSE EngineerDepartment: Health, Safety & EnvironmentReports To: HSE Manager / Project ManagerJob Purpose:To ensure compliance with company and client HSE policies, standards, and regulations by implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and promoting a safe work culture at the project/site.Key Responsibilities:Implement and monitor HSE plans, policies, and procedures at the site.Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions.Ensure all activities comply with local laws, regulations, and company HSE requirements.Deliver safety induction and toolbox talks to employees and subcontractors.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend preventive actions.Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and training.Support the preparation and review of Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRA).Coordinate emergency drills and ensure readiness for emergency situations.Promote a positive HSE culture among all staff and subcontractors.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Environmental Science (or equivalent).Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction or industrial projects.NEBOSH IGC / OSHA / IOSH certification preferred.Good knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.Strong communication and report-writing skills.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Id: q0vIyU+I2yRj811MTbzOdTs9ZEiyUdOFIEvW9p+5kItAfx/qgD0r0CUexOi+lARBwVwNqXHbBaN22nH39X0vspBxw2AvszfZl/QRZefOqlV8Dw==
