Our client, leader in FMCG sector headquartered in Mechelen region and recognised for its innovative expertise, is currently seeking an HSE Manager. This strategic position, reporting directly to Plant Director and part of Global HSE community will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all HSE activities among three main locations- Mechelen, Puurs and Brussels.Some of your responsibilities will include:Leading HSE strategy and implementing related policies.Cascading down the HSE culture and working together with the different heads to collaborate.Coordinating inspection and risk analysis.Working on HSE performance culture and the statistics related to that.Starting projects on sustainability and environment.Working together with the global team to create best practices. About you:Master's degree in Engineering (Civil or Industrial) or related fieldProven project management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with organizational rigor.Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.Comfortable managing stress and navigating urgent situations.Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.Solid command of IT tools and systems.
