HSE Manager

JASARA PMC is searching for a skilled HSE Manager to join our progressive team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for safeguarding the health and safety of our employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and promoting sustainable practices in all operations. You will have the opportunity to influence safety practices and contribute to the broader goals of Vision 2030 through effective management of health, safety, and environmental issues.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and standards for all operational activitiesMonitor and enforce compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standardsConduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure complianceLead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and coordinate corrective actions to prevent future occurrencesDesign and deliver effective safety training programs to staff and contractors to enhance safety awarenessMaintain accurate HSE records and prepare regular reports for management review and regulatory complianceCollaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with JASARA's safety objectivesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related fieldMinimum of 15 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management within the construction industryStrong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practicesProven ability to develop and implement effective HSE programs and trainingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teamsCertifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable
