HSE Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced HSE Manager to join a leading player in the industrial construction and engineering sector, supporting large-scale projects within the energy, oil & gas, and petrochemical domains.In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the project’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management system — ensuring compliance with international standards and fostering a culture of safety excellence across all project operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all aspects of project HSE performance across multiple work fronts.Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures, and training programs aligned with client and regulatory requirements.Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure proactive hazard identification and mitigation.Guide and mentor HSE teams and site personnel, promoting safety leadership and behavioral safety culture.Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive compliance and continuous improvement.Manage incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.Minimum 10+ years of HSE experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role on large EPC or industrial projects.Strong knowledge of international HSE standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.).Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in high-risk environments.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Why ApplyYou’ll be joining a forward-thinking organization delivering some of the region’s most complex and high-profile industrial projects — where safety, sustainability, and innovation are at the core of operations
