Technical knowledgeDevelop and deliver HSE training programs.NOBESH, OSHA certifiedAttend health and safety committee meetings and compile reports/action plans following such meetings.Risk Assessment and Management.knowledge of safety protocols, regulations, and industry-specific standards.Hazard IdentificationSafety Management Systems (SMS).Emergency Preparedness and Response: Knowledge of emergency response procedures, including evacuation plans, first aid protocols.Data Analysis and Reporting.Construction Safety2.4. Experience10 years and above in medium & large building facilities/ projects. RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES3.1. Primary FunctionsLead the development and implementation of digital health, safety and environment strategyOversee contractor compliance with standard and regulationsEnsure through investigation of incidents accident and near misses, verify root cause analysis and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.Manage the distribution of tasks / visits across the H&S inspectors and verify that all ongoing activities are monitored by the deployed safety staff.Verify the implementation of safety policies, procedures and programs to ensure compliance.Conducting risk assessment for ongoing activitiesChair the safety awareness sessions, STBTs.Develop Job hazard analysis for the ongoing activities.Managing safety trainingCreate awareness sessions related to the preventive measures that should be considered to prevent the occurrence of H&S accidents.3.2. AUTHORITIESAs per Bureau Veritas polices3.3. Technical ExpertiseAbility to evaluate safety protocols, regulations as per international standards and industry practices.3.4.
