Do you want to make a difference in safety, well-being, and sustainability in everyday life?We are looking for a committed and driven HSE Manager who will play a key role in the further development and anchoring of the company's work with HSE.As our HSE Manager, you will be a vital driver in our ongoing efforts to create a safe, secure, and sustainable workplace. You will work closely with our QHSE Manager, to whom you report, and you will have independent responsibility for driving and developing the HSE area on a daily basis.You will play an active role in collaboration with the company’s Occupational Health and Safety Organization (AMO) and become a key person in ensuring progress, structure, and engagement in daily occupational health and safety work.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain the company’s HSE strategy, policies, and procedures.Collaborate with the Occupational Health and Safety Organization (AMO) on planning, follow-up, and implementation of occupational health and safety activities.Support AMO with meeting planning, minutes, action plans, and follow-up.Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and environmental legislation as well as internal standards.Work towards ISO 14001 certification and ensure gradual implementation of the standard’s requirements.Plan and conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and subsequent follow-ups.Advise and support managers and employees on HSE-related issues.Drive training and information activities that strengthen the safety culture.Collect, analyze, and report HSE data to the QHSE Manager.Handle accidents, near-misses, and environmental deviations, including investigation and prevention.Ensure structure and progress in safety rounds, equipment registration, and emergency plans.Ensure and maintain SDSs and chemical risk assessments in accordance with applicable legislation.Your ProfileRelevant education in HSE, occupational health, environment, safety engineering, or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role – preferably within production or industry.Experience with collaboration and coordination in occupational health and safety organizations (AMO).Knowledge of ISO 14001 and experience with implementing HSE standards is an advantage.In-depth knowledge of the legislation regarding occupational health and environment.You are self-driven, responsible, and proactive, with strong analytical and solution-oriented skills. You earn trust and respect among colleagues, motivate others in HSE work, and foster a strong safety culture. You communicate and collaborate effectively across the organization and work independently, in a structured, and result-oriented manner.Your New TeamYou will join a growing Quality team, that focuses on quality in customer-facing projects and works closely with Project Management, Planning, and Configuration Management.
