The sites are located in Finland as well as other Scandinavian countries. The work will begin as soon as possible, and the selected candidate will be hired directly by our client for a permanent position.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for managing health, safety, and environmental matters on construction sites, ensuring that all projects comply with local regulations and safety standards. Your work will include risk management, audits, training, and collaboration with authorities. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and actively promote a strong safety culture. The role involves travel to project sites, for example in Norway and Denmark.Your Responsibilities IncludeAssessing and managing safety and environmental risks at construction sitesConducting audits and inspectionsOrganizing HSE training and onboarding sessionsCollaborating with authorities and project teamsWe Expect From YouTo succeed in this role, you should have a relevant technical education and several years of experience in HSE roles within construction projects. Previous experience in data center projects is not required but considered an advantage. You must have fluent English skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capability to work independently.We OfferAn opportunity to work in a responsible role in an international environment. The work is rotation-based: in Finland, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off; in international projects, 2 weeks on / 16 days off. The employer covers accommodation, flights, and meals during project assignments.
