HSE Specialist

Job Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct site HSE audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.Inspect personal protective equipment (PPE) to verify proper usage and condition.Deliver Toolbox Talks (TBT) to promote safety awareness among site personnel.Prepare and implement lifting plans in accordance with safety procedures.Perform site risk assessments and develop corresponding Method Statements.Ensure regular reviews and updates of risk assessments for all site activities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or Agriculture.1–2 years of experience in the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) field.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Strong coordination and communication skills.Certified in First Aid, Firefighting, Risk Assessment, Electrical Safety, OSHA, Scaffolding, and Lifting Operations
