We want to hear from you if you are passionate about ensuring a safe and environmentally friendly workplace.Key Responsibilities:As an HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for:• Conducting HSE induction training for all employees.• Ensuring 100% verification of the achievement of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) training by workplace managers.• Developing documentation specific to OSH, PSI, Environment - IPSSM, and procedures.• Maintaining and updating ISO 45001 system documentation.• Keeping Chemical and Waste Management Registries up to date.• Preparing documentation for the transport of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.• Conducting and participating in workshops on environmental topics and occupational safety.• Investigating work accidents and implementing preventive measures.• Collaborating with all departments to ensure a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.• Conducting collective training sessions and keeping up-to-date records.• Collaborating with external RSVTI to keep ISCIR authorizations and verifications current.Requirements:• Higher education from a technical university.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HSE position.• OSH Inspector Diploma, minimum 80 hours.• PSI Specialist Diploma.• Certification in ISO 45001 is a plus.• Environmental Responsible diploma.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to effectively train and educate employees on HSE protocols.Shape the future with us at BCS Automotive Interface Solutions, where your expertise and passion make a difference!
