Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:• Develop, implement, and monitor the annual HSE plan (including Fire prevention & Firefighting)• Develop, update, and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with legal requirements and internal standards• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and recommend appropriate preventive measures• Organize and deliver periodic or on-demand HSE training for employee• Maintain records, investigate, and report workplace accidents, incidents, and audits• Manage and monitor issuance and use of PPE• Plan and coordinate emergency response programs, safety/fire drills, and compliance inspections• Record, report, and handle medical incidents at the factory• Work with contractors and vendors to ensure HSE compliance• Manage environmental programs: waste management, pollution control, resource protection, and green initiatives• Prepare and participate in internal/external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections (including unannounced)• Coordinate and evaluate HSE improvement actions (CAPA, change control, initiatives)• Prepare and submit periodic reports on safety, hygiene, and labor accidents to authoritiesJob requirements• Education: Engineering degree in Occupational Safety, Environment, EngineeringEXPERIENCE:- At least 2–3 years of HSE and Fire Safety experience in a manufacturing environment- Solid knowledge of Labor Law, Fire Safety regulations, and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
