With a strong focus on operational discipline and “Zero Accident” culture, UDU continues to deliver excellence across multiple project sites in Indonesia.We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced HSE Superintendent to lead our Health, Safety, and Environment functions at site level.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all mining activities comply with corporate policies, standards, and national HSE regulations.Supervise and monitor the implementation of safety systems across operations (drilling, hauling, blasting, maintenance, etc.).Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to SOPs and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).Promote and strengthen the “Zero Accident” culture through campaigns, trainings, and engagement programs.Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and ensure effective corrective actions.Manage reporting of incidents, near misses, and HSE performance to management and authorities.Develop, implement, and monitor HSE Management Systems in accordance with ISO 45001 and SMKP Minerba standards.Collaborate with operational departments to ensure every activity has a measurable safety plan.Guide, coach, and develop the site HSE team to maintain professional oversight of safety performance.Foster active participation of all employees and contractors in operational safety practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related fields.Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in mining, with at least 3 years in Superintendent or equivalent role.Strong knowledge of mining operational safety and compliance with Indonesian HSE regulations.Proficient in implementing SMKP Minerba and familiar with ISO 45001 & ISO 9001 systems.Preferably certified in POM, TOT, and Internal Auditor SMKP Minerba.Skilled in incident investigation, emergency response, safety training, and risk management.Capable of managing HSE data and reporting digitally.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Willing to work on a roster system at mining sites.
