PT Bi-Chain Science Technology Indonesia is #Hiring : HSSE Supervisor Position : Health Safety Security Environment Supervisor (HSSE Supervisor)Placement : Marunda Center, Kabupaten BekasiFull-time PositionJob Description : - Oversee and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations. - Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across the workplace. - Develop and deliver health and safety training programs for employees. - Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions. - Monitor workplace conditions to identify potential hazards and recommend improvements. - Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including reports and records. - Act as the primary contact for safety-related concerns and inquiries. - Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety equipment.Job Requirements : - Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in health and safety roles. - Knowledge of relevant local health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Have Certification in Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, K3). - Ability to communicate in English - Able to join immediately-Have experience in warehouse industryIf you are interested please email your application to our email : hrd.bichainind@gmail.com
