HSE Technician – Industrial Construction Project (Europe)

Job DescriptionSafin360 is recruiting an experienced HSE Technician to join our international team working on large-scale industrial and construction projects across Europe.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of proven experience in HSE or Occupational Safety rolesPrevious experience in construction and industrial commissioning environmentsValid certification as a Safety Technician (Portugal or EU-recognized equivalent)Valid VCA/VOL certificationEnglish level B2 or higher – mandatory (multinational work environment)Driving license and availability for international travelStrong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and adaptabilityExcellent communication skills and ability to work in multicultural teamsExperience in international projects (preferably within the EU)Knowledge of Belgian safety regulations and standardsPreferred SkillsAdditional training in Environmental Management, Construction Safety, or Process SafetyExperience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systemsKnowledge of HSE procedures in EPC/EPCM environmentsAbility to prepare and deliver HSE reports in EnglishMain ResponsibilitiesDaily supervision of on-site safety conditionsParticipation in HSE meetings with clients and contractorsImplementation and monitoring of safety and environmental plansSupport in incident investigations and report preparationEnsure compliance with legal and corporate safety standardsWe OfferIntegration in an international technical company operating on major industrial projectsInternational contract with conditions aligned to experienceAccommodation, transportation, and logistical support providedCareer development opportunities in future European projects
