Your Role: What You'll DoAs Group FP&A, you'll be a key player in our finance transformation. You'll lead strategic financial planning, drive performance insights, and collaborate with local finance teams across the globe. Key responsibilities include:
Lead the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process across all regionsDeliver accurate, insightful financial reports and dashboards for the management boardAnalyze group-level financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunitiesOversee budget and forecast consolidation, ensuring alignment with group strategyPartner with business unit finance leaders to challenge assumptions and drive profitabilityMonitor project financials, including costing and margin analysisDrive continuous improvement in global finance systems and processesPlay a key role in the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance across all business unitsRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking a proactive, hands-on finance leader who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.
