Part-time/Full-time role (min. 3 days)HTANALYSTS is a leading consultancy in growth mode working at the forefront of market access and health economics in Australia. We're now expanding our external training offering to help build capability across the health and life sciences sectors. We’re seeking a motivated and practical training professional to join us in designing and delivering a suite of learning solutions. You’ll take the lead on shaping and delivering our education strategy and bringing our ideas to life—organising content, shaping delivery, helping us reach new audiences and generate leads.
What You'll Do Develop our education strategy: In collaboration with our founders and relevant team members, make recommendations for how we can best develop a compelling education offering Develop our training offer and product suite: Turn our extensive knowledge base into a structured, accessible suite of offerings—both off-the-shelf and custom, for technical and non technical clients and customers. Consolidate and refine materials: Work with the team to review existing presentations, workshops and toolkits and package them for external audiences. Create digital modules:
Build online and blended learning experiences using Learning Management Systems like Articulate, Rise, Moodle, or similar platforms Tailor content for different audiences: Adapt and co-design content bespoke to brief with clients across pharma, medtech, government and not-for-profits. Recommend, implement and manage a delivery platform: Assess the business to make recommendations for the right learning management system or content delivery platform to suit our needs. Work with the vendor to implement the solution and take the lead on managing a seamless education experience for our clients and customers. Support go-to-market, outreach and engagement:
Collaborate with others in the business to market and position the training offer. What You'll BringStrong experience designing and delivering external training—ideally in a university, health, consulting or professional development setting. Program management experience - a track record in delivering and implementing corporate or professional education programs Learning and development qualifications - (ideal but not essential)Hands-on skills with e-learning and content development tools as well as Learning Management Systems (e. g. Rise, Moodle, Thinkific, Canvas, etc). Excellent organisation and attention to detail—able to manage multiple content streams and formats.
An interest in healthcare, policy, or economics is helpful but not essential. Strong communication and a collaborative working style.
