About The RoleWe are looking for an NOC Engineer L1 with an experience of 5 years in network operations or a related field. RequirementsBasic knowledge of networking and devices like Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, VPN and Access points. Respond to network alerts and hardware malfunctions. Diagnose and troubleshoot basic network errors. Track and document network issues. Proficient in Compile incident reports. Escalate complex issues to higher-level engineers. Good to have - CCNA, JNCIA or CISSP or relevant certifications.
