Providing tailored technical solutions and solution optimisations for new/key customers based on a great understanding of their requirements and market situationFocusing on the telecommunication industry including Radio network, Transmission, IP, Core network, and IT solutionDevelop and execute sales strategies and product roadmap to extend market shareWork closely with Account Management and other departments to ensure successful project deliveriesBecome an expert in business negotiation and enhance contract qualityAnalyse technical demand, product function and related licenseSupport project bidding process by preparing BOM/quotation and maintaining project documentationClosely track industry trends, seize market opportunities, and plan various high-level summits and exhibitions to improve brand competitivenessRequirements:

Fresh graduates (2024-2025)Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferred in Telecommunication, Electronics, or related studiesBasic knowledge of the telecommunication industry and first experiences would be an assetHands-on mentality, eager to learn and develop continuouslyTeam player with good communication skillsAble to work full-time and on-siteAble to work in a diversified and cross-cultural organizationBusiness fluent in Czech & English (both spoken and written)What We Offer:
