Business Analyst

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment. Job ResponsibilityAnalyze the trend and features of global & regional telecommunication industry technology & markets development, analyze and understand customers’ challenges in network & market development. Analyze customer pain points and identify requirements from multiple dimensions such as services and business strategy.

Draft recommendation and solution plans with attention to customer’s demands, pain points and limitations and prepare detailed reports Understand customers’ challenges in network & marketing sides, provide on-site customized consultation service for marketing. Move easily between big pictures thinking and manage relevant data. Build trust with teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation. Track and report dataBuild cross-functional partnerships, internally and externallyManage budgetsMaintain a competitive market knowledgeWork RequirementsMinimum bachelor's degree in marketing, telecommunication, data analysis or other relevant majors. Good understanding of the telecommunication industry & the Operators overall business, a mixed background (technical / marketing) is a plus.

At least 3 years working experience in telecommunication-related industries with experiences in network operators & vendors is preferred. Typically working in presales or strategy or marketing areas. Fluent in English is mandatory. The working language in Huawei is English. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills, able to work well in a fast-paced changing and multi-culturesAnalytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
