Job Description SummaryAll resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionDrive the safety culture at the site inclusive of contracted partners and customersDrive People and operational safety in accordance with GE and Country legal requirementsDaily dispatch of crews for down turbines to perform troubleshootingManage the non-core activities (proactive climbs and retrofit) and bundling them as much as possible with troubleshooting activitiesBe a specific customer interface for activities under his/her scope as well as to deal with customer’s general inquiries on a daily basisInternal interface mainly with FPM, Parts, MCUs, Blades and planned maintenance, to ensure Turbines high availability and tasks bundlingPeople leader for technicians, team management, coaching and developing the teamStrong functional knowledge in Operations and Maintenance, planning, organizing, coordinating, executing, and controlling the activities under his/her scope of work as well as drive productivity improvementsDrive results to meet the established KPI’sPartner with cross-functional teams like Sales, Commercial Operations, Sourcing, Finance, HR to meet the deliverablesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business or technical related field, or significant experience in field service, engineering, or operations & PM in combination with an apprenticeship in business or technical related fieldStrong Quality and EHS mindsetSignificant technical experiences in Wind service businessAbility to work effectively across functions and manage in a matrix environmentProven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to become supportersCustomer focus as well as strong analytical and quantitative skillsWillingness to travelValid driver’s licenseProficiency in English and Ukrainian (both spoken and written)Desired CharacteristicsStrong personal interest in latest technology trends in the field of digitization and ITSolid process and program management skills.Strategic mindset and proven analytical skill setWhat Do We OfferSmooth Onboarding24 days paid vacationLife and medical insurance plansMeal allowances and optional car/fuel benefitsFlexible Working Hours Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No This is a remote position
