The role: We are currently redefining our Key Account Management structure across two business units and are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our evolving team.

You will take strategic ownership of a larger customer portfolio where the focus is on maintaining strong relationships, ensuring value realisation from purchased products, and identifying potential for strategic expansion using the right tools and systems. This is not a traditional sales role—we are looking for someone who brings strategic insight, customer-centric thinking, and project leadership to the table. This is what you’ll be doing: Manage and grow a defined portfolio of B2B customers (suppliers or contractors). Develop and implement customer engagement strategies including pipelines, forecasting, and contact plans. Own customer onboarding, retention, and long-term satisfaction.

Act as the bridge between Product Management, Project Management and client teams. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders. Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation of systems and specifications. Provide structured reporting and contribute to continuous process improvements. Collaborate with internal leadership and participate in the ongoing refinement of the KAM structure. About you: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Key Account Management. Solid experience in client-facing roles – preferably from the construction industry, but not a must. Understanding of the customer mindset and long-term partnership development.
