About the RoleAs Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and optimizing the company’s customer base, value creation, and customer experiences. Your role will include both strategic leadership and operational execution, focusing on ensuring a high retention rate, strengthening customer satisfaction, and maximizing value for customers.
You will also be responsible for motivating and developing a team to deliver extraordinary service and results. Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring alignment with key account management, sales and product teams to developing and implementing effective growth strategies. Developing and implementing retention and growth strategies. Leading, motivating, and developing the Customer Success team of 8. Monitoring and evaluating team performance to ensure contribution to customer satisfaction and value creation. Ensuring customers gain maximum value from their investment in the platform Implementing necessary adjustments or improvements to ensure an optimal customer experience.

What We’re Looking ForExperience & Background3-5 years of experience within customer facing roles. Management experience of a teamIdeally from a SaaS background is preferred but not essential. Fluent in Danish is required plus good level of English. B2B background.
