About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced HubSpot Consultant to support client’s marketing team by configuring custom CRM properties, building workflows, and enabling automated outreach based on enriched retailer and distributor data.An internal AI agent scrapes and enriches business records. Your role will be to operationalize this data inside HubSpot so marketing and sales can run targeted, automated campaigns and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and configure HubSpot CRM data structure, including custom properties and objects aligned to retailer/distributor dataBuild segmentation logic and dynamic lists based on product focus, geography, license status, and other business attributesCreate and optimize HubSpot workflows for automated outreach and lifecycle campaignsEnsure data flows support lead routing, campaign personalization, and reportingCollaborate with the marketing team to implement templates using dynamic content fieldsSet up dashboards and reporting for marketing performance and segmentation insightsProvide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholdersRequired Skills & Experience3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing HubProven experience creating custom properties, objects, lists, and automation workflowsStrong understanding of CRM data architecture and marketing automation logicExperience integrating external data into HubSpotAbility to translate business requirements into HubSpot configurationFamiliarity with segmentation, campaign setup, and personalized content tokensExcellent communication and documentation skillsNice-to-HaveExperience working with enriched/scraped data setsPrevious exposure to AI-assisted lead enrichment or data intelligence toolsFamiliarity with Zapier, Make, or custom API scripts (Python/JS)Engagement DetailsPart-time or project-based engagement initially, with opportunity to extendRemote work with flexible hoursExpected to collaborate closely with marketing and ops teamsWhat Success Looks LikeHubSpot instance configured to reflect enriched retailer and distributor dataAutomated workflows running based on real-time business triggersEfficient segmentation that enables targeted outreach and campaign executionClear documentation and internal enablement for ongoing operationsWe offer*:Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexibleA competitive salary and good compensation packagePersonalized career growthProfessional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more)Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharingEducation reimbursementMemorable anniversary presentsCorporate events and team buildingsOther location-specific benefitsnot applicable for freelancers
