HubSpot Expert (freelance)Your RoleWe’re looking for a CRM & Digital Solutions Specialist to take ownership of the HubSpot environment and help our client elevate customer experience through smart digital tools, data-driven insights, and seamless CRM management.Key Responsibilities🧩 CRM Management (HubSpot)Manage and maintain HubSpot across teams and business activities.Define and implement lead nurturing strategies throughout the full customer lifecycle.Set up and manage email campaigns: segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and analytics.Design, optimize, and monitor workflows and pipelines for lead management and after-sales.Oversee HubSpot integrations with other digital platforms (website, marketing tools, etc.).Structure and evolve the CRM data model (custom properties, objects, pipelines) for scalability.Ensure data quality (cleanup, deduplication) and compliance with GDPR standards.💻 Digital & IT SolutionsAct as a business partner in the evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of digital tools.Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and operational efficiency.Manage key digital tools and platforms (CMS, marketing tools, internal systems).💬 Customer Experience (CX)Manage NPS surveys, dashboards, and reports.Monitor survey performance to ensure reliable customer insights.Develop new qualitative and quantitative feedback methods.Analyze customer feedback to identify frictions and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with teams to drive data-informed CX enhancements.📊 Data AnalyticsDefine and manage tracking and analytics on digital platforms.Ensure accurate collection of behavioral and engagement data.Collaborate with internal teams to define KPIs and reporting.Use data to refine segmentation, enrich profiles, and measure campaign performance.Contribute to a 360° customer view by integrating CRM and BI data.Your Profile✅ Required SkillsProven experience with HubSpot CRM (certifications are a plus).Strong knowledge of marketing automation, segmentation, and workflow design.Experience with email marketing (content, design, A/B testing, analytics).Understanding of customer journeys and marketing lifecycle.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.Fluent in NL or FR💡 Desired SkillsStrong analytical mindset and experience with data visualization/reporting tools.Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Medallia, Trustpilot, CMS platforms).Experience with API integrations or CRM migration projects.Understanding of UX/CX principles.Good knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations.🌟 Personal QualitiesVersatile and flexible, eager to take on diverse projects.Data-driven, precise, and detail-oriented.Strong communicator — able to translate technical insights into business impact.Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented.Innovative, with a drive to challenge the status quo.Why Join Us?Be part of a trusted brand within a leading Belgian mobility group.Shape the future of customer engagement and digital experience.Work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.Enjoy a flexible hybrid setup and opportunities for growth.🔗 Ready to drive change?
