To strengthen their marketing function, they are seeking a Marketing Specialist with proven HubSpot expertise to play a central role in building a modern, data-driven marketing ecosystem. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectivesManage inbound marketing campaigns with a strong focus on HubSpot workflows, automation, and lead scoringOptimise segmentation, conversion rates, and retargeting performanceOversee campaign analytics and reporting using HubSpot Analytics, GA4, and Power BILead content development (whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership) in collaboration with internal and external teamsSupport innovation by piloting emerging tools and technologies (AI/GPT, programmatic, voice search) RequirementsC1 / Fluent Level of German requiredExperience in B2B digital marketingHands-on and advanced HubSpot experience (mandatory), including CRM integration and automationExperinece in performance marketing (RoAS, CPL, lead quality)Strong analytical skills and experience.Good content creation and SEO/SEA knowledgeStrategic, results-driven mindset with a strong interest in digital innovationIf interested then apply for immediate consideration.
