This role involves technical configuration, workflow building, and system optimization; no discovery or strategy work required.This role offers potential for ongoing work as the GTM tech stack expands.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkflow Development & OptimizationBuild and optimize 10+ contact- and deal-based workflows with moderately complex conditional logic.Configure workflow triggers and actions using Aircall dispositions to automate HubSpot processes.Implement task automation, sequence enrollment/unenrollment logic, and re-enrollment safeguards.Set up SLA monitoring workflows with time-based delays and escalation logic.System Configuration & ValidationCreate custom properties, pipeline stages, and required field validations.Configure deal regression prevention rules and property setting conditions.Establish stage guardrails and validation checks for accurate data flow and reporting.Quality Assurance & DocumentationExecute QA test plans, document edge cases, and ensure workflow reliability.Review and validate that all automations align with provided technical specifications.Deliver a clean, tested, and fully functional HubSpot automation system ready for deployment.QualificationsExperience3+ years of hands-on HubSpot workflow building experience (Operations Hub preferred).Proven experience integrating CTI/telephony systems (Aircall strongly preferred).SkillsAdvanced understanding of workflow logic, including if/then branching, multiple trigger conditions, and re-enrollment rules.Proficiency with time-based delays, date math operations, and de-duplication logic.Expertise in property configuration, stage validation, and regression prevention.Ability to execute from technical specifications independently and accurately.Technical aptitude for troubleshooting automations, managing webhooks, and reading API documentation.Familiarity with modern GTM tools such as Instantly.ai, HeyReach, Supersend, Smartlead, Clay, and Zapier/Make is a plus.What Success Looks LikeAll workflows are implemented according to provided technical documentation, passing QA testing with no major revisions required.System automations function reliably and consistently across all connected platforms.SLA and pipeline logic operate as designed, ensuring data accuracy and automation efficiency.Documentation is complete, clear, and usable for future maintenance or scale-up projects.The HubSpot system is fully operational and ready to support GTM expansion.OpportunityJoin a forward-thinking GTM organization and contribute directly to building an advanced HubSpot automation system.
