THE COMPANYOur client is a European MNC in the Manufacturing industry, with strong presence in APAC and headquartered in Singapore. They are looking for an Accountant to join their team in Singapore, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. RESPONSIBILITIESOversee full set of accounts and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings. Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) in line with reporting deadlines. Ensure compliance with Singaporeās tax laws and financial regulations, including GST and corporate tax filings. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, including variance reporting and cost reviews.
Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities; maintain proper documentation and internal controls. REQUIREMENTSDegree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; ACCA or CPA certification preferred. At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience in Singapore. Proficient in accounting software (preferably SAP) and advanced in Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail, with excellent time management and communication skills.
