The RoleAs part of the APAC regional finance team, this role will focus on driving business performance, planning, and strategic insights across multiple markets. You'll consolidate data, build forward-looking analyses, and collaborate cross-functionally to influence decisions at the highest levels. Reporting LineThis role reports to the Head of FP&A, under the APAC CFO. You’ll be part of a forward-looking finance team focused on business plans and strategy (vs. historical reporting), with strong exposure to senior leadership across commercial, supply chain, and operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesConsolidate and analyse regional financials (monthly, forecast, annual plans)Deliver insight-driven reports to support business optimisation and growthEvaluate Capex proposals and support DCF/investment modellingPartner cross-functionally to improve margins, inventory, and working capitalEnhance forecasting accuracy and dashboard reporting with BI toolsLead continuous improvements in financial processes and performance frameworksIdeal ProfileDegree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or similar preferred4+ years’ experience in FP&A, audit, commercial finance, or strategy consultingStrong Excel and data skills; experience with SAP, Power BI advantageousCommercial mindset, highly analytical, and detail-orientedTo submit your application, please apply via this post or email your CV to Sharmayne.
