Senior Associate – Corporate Finance & Capital MarketsSingapore | Full-time | Fintech SectorWe are partnering with a fast-growing fintech group with regional operations across Asia, focused on reshaping digital finance and technology-led services. As part of our client's expansion, they are seeking a Senior Associate – Corporate Finance & Capital Markets to join their dynamic Corporate Finance team. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and synthesize management reports, financial forecasts, and strategic business plans to support capital raising and corporate finance initiatives. Lead and coordinate internal and external stakeholders (legal, finance, operations) during due diligence exercises conducted by lenders or investors.

Manage and maintain the virtual data room (VDR) for ongoing and future capital raising activities, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Prepare internal financial analysis, investor materials, board decks, and investment memos to support funding discussions and strategic decision-making. Participate in the review and negotiation of transaction documents for equity and debt financing. Support ad hoc strategic finance projects, including M&A, refinancing, or other corporate initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. 4–6 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence, audit, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate finance.

Solid financial modeling and Excel skills; familiarity with tools like Power BI, or NetSuite EPM is a plus. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—able to work across multiple business units and senior leaders. Highly analytical, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Prior experience in fintech, high-growth tech, or PE-backed companies is an advantage.
