Job Description

Role: Senior Manager – FP&A, M&A, and Investor StrategyLocation: Singapore, CBDIndustry: Fintech / TechnologyOverview: We are working with a fast-expanding fintech company headquartered in Singapore, seeking a Senior Manager – FP&A, M&A, and Investor Strategy to drive strategic financial initiatives across the region. This is a strategic, hands-on role that blends financial planning, corporate development, and capital markets work. You’ll help shape long-term financial strategy, support M&A and fundraising initiatives, and act as a key finance partner to business leaders.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling capabilities, stakeholder engagement experience, and a mix of FP&A and transaction exposure. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Financial ModelingBuild and maintain complex long-range financial models to support growth planningConduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate investment or business casesTranslate business strategy into actionable financial frameworksCorporate Development & TransactionsSupport evaluation and execution of M&A, divestitures, and strategic partnershipsDrive due diligence, valuation analysis, and post-deal integration planningCollaborate with legal, finance, and business leaders on deal executionCapital Raising & Investor SupportPrepare materials for equity and debt fundraising:

investor decks, memos, data roomsCoordinate with investors, bankers, legal counsel, and internal stakeholdersTrack and manage communications and insights across funding processesFP&A & Business PartnershipWork closely with the FP&A team to align forecasts, budgets, and business targetsSupport special finance-led projects that enhance visibility, performance, and capital efficiencyAct as a finance partner to key business units, translating performance into insightsLeadership & Cross-functional CollaborationMentor junior team members and support a high-performance finance cultureAlign with teams across Legal, Tax, Ops, and Business Units to drive finance-related projectsRequirements:
