Position Overview: Hudson is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join our Investment Banking team in our Miami headquarters.
The successful candidate will support the firm’s transaction execution, due diligence, and financial modeling efforts across renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure projects. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a senior leadership team deeply rooted in the energy transition and climate finance sectors. Key Responsibilities: • Perform detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis for renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure transactions, including tax equity and cash equity structures• Support transaction execution including due diligence, credit analysis, and investor presentations• Conduct industry, market, and policy research with a focus on tax credit structures (e. g.
, IRA) and clean energy incentives• Collaborate with development teams and partners to assess project economics, risks, and investment strategies• Prepare investment memos and support internal and external stakeholder communications• Work closely with senior bankers, including direct exposure to firm leadership Required Qualifications: • 2+ years of investment banking experience (M&A or project finance experience preferred)• Strong working knowledge of renewable energy finance, especially tax credit structures and tax equity transactions• Proven ability to build and manage complex financial models in Excel• Solid understanding of key renewable technologies and market drivers (e. g.
, solar, wind, storage)• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field • Must be a US Resident / Citizen Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with development-stage infrastructure projects, including permitting, interconnection, and EPC contract structures• Experience working with or supporting impact-oriented investments• Knowledge of current U.
