As we expand our operations, we seek a dynamic fresh graduate to join our administrative team and contribute to the smooth running of our school.Job SummaryAs an entry-level Administration Executive you will support the school's leadership in overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore's educational regulations (e.g., MOE guidelines) and international standards. This role is ideal for a motivated fresh graduate eager to launch a career in educational administration.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight: Assist in managing school-wide processes, including student admissions, enrolment tracking, and academic scheduling, while ensuring adherence to local (MOE) and international accreditation standards.Finance and Procurement: Support budgeting, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and procurement of supplies/equipment, using financial systems for accurate reporting and cost control.Facilities and Compliance: Coordinate maintenance of school facilities, health/safety protocols, and event logistics (e.g., parent-teacher meetings, international days), incorporating smart technology for efficiency.Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with parents, teachers, external vendors, and regulatory bodies; prepare reports and communications to support school leaders' strategic goals.General Administration: Manage data entry, filing, inventory of office/sickbay supplies, and ad-hoc tasks like organising school events or updating student records in information systems.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows, such as digitalising forms or enhancing stakeholder feedback mechanisms.Qualifications and RequirementsEducation: Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
