Synagie provides an exceptional on-the-job training experience that activates business drivers to stay updated with the evolving market trends and consumer insights.Job DescriptionRecruitment & OnboardingAssist in posting job openings and screening resumes. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates. Support the onboarding process including documentation and orientation logistics. Payroll & HR ReportingSupport the preparation of monthly payrollAssist in generating HR-related reportsHR OperationsHelp maintain employee records. Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as preparing letters, updating databases, and organizing HR files. Assist in drafting HR policies, SOPs, and other documentation. Employee EngagementParticipate in organizing internal events, surveys, and engagement initiatives. Support HR initiatives and projects as needed. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all employee documents are properly filed and up to date. Support HR audits and compliance initiatives. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.QualificationsDegree or diploma in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fieldStrong communication and organizational skillsAttention to detail and ability to handle confidential informationProficiency in MS Office and HR systems (HRIS)Prior HR/admin experience is an advantage, but not always requiredTeam player, adaptable, and professional attitudeAdditional InformationWork Setup: Hybrid (twice a week onsite, 3x WFH)
