Job Description

Support the HR Manager in the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication. Facilitate employee onboarding and documentation processes. Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR management systems. Support performance management processes and employee appraisal cycles. Coordinate staff training, learning, and development programs. Manage HR correspondence, memos, and internal communications. Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management. Support initiatives that promote employee engagement and company culture. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles (experience in fintech or tech startups is an advantage). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/tools. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
