This is a full-time onsite role in Karachi (7 PM – 4 AM). The HRBP will be responsible for hiring locally and globally (U.S. healthcare roles) and managing HR operations, including payroll, employee benefits, and reward management.This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on HR experience, and the ability to manage HR processes across multiple regions while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and U.S. healthcare staffing regulations.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Lead full-cycle recruitment for local and global positions, including U.S. healthcare roles.Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for both onsite and remote roles.Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions across regions.Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and provide strategic recruitment solutions.HR Operations & Administration:Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments for all employees.Administer employee benefits, including insurance, leave management, and reward programs.Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and U.S. healthcare staffing regulations.Maintain HR records, documentation, and reporting for local and global employees.Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and retention strategies.Coordinate with finance and other departments for HR-related financial processes, such as bonus payouts or incentive programs.Strategic HR Partnering:Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, employee relations, and organizational development.Analyze HR metrics and generate insights to support business decisions.Contribute to HR projects, change management initiatives, and organizational development across regions.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and HR operations.Experience in global recruitment, including hiring for U.S. healthcare roles, is highly desirable.Hands-on experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, and reward management.Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies in Pakistan, the Philippines, and U.S. healthcare staffing requirements.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate under night shift hours (7 PM – 4 AM).Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, ATS/HRIS systems, and other HR tools.Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills.
