Job Description/RequirementsKey Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process:
job advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboardingDraft and update employment contracts in line with labor laws and company policiesDevelop, implement, and regularly review HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooksAdvise management on employment legislation and HR best practicesSupport performance management processes and recommend improvementsMaintain up-to-date HR documentation and personnel filesHandle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary proceduresAssist in structuring roles, teams, and reporting lines to support business growthEducation And Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 3–5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a consulting or real estate environmentSolid knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR compliance requirementsStrong drafting and documentation skills (especially contracts and policies)Excellent interpersonal, communication, and advisory skillsProactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionMembership with IHRM or a relevant professional body is an added advantageHow To ApplyIf you are up to the challenge and possess the necessary qualifications and experience; please send your CV only quoting the job title on the email subject (Human Resource Consultant) to jobs@corporatestaffing.
