Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace). Human Resource Executive, Retail Recruitment (1-Year Contract) We are looking for a Human Resource Executive, Retail Recruitment to support the Retail HR Business Partners in building and maintaining strong talent pipeline for retail roles. You will assist the team with screening candidates from job sites and sourcing vendors, shortlisting suitable applicants, managing relationships with vendors, and coordinating interview logistics to ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely hiring. You will shine here if you enjoy…Talent Pool Expansion Working with Retail HR Business Partners to identify sourcing channels and strategies to extend the talent pool (eg: job boards, social channels, community groups, event outreach) Proactively sourcing passive and active candidates as directed, using basic Boolean searches, job board filters, internal talent pools  Candidate Screening and Shortlisting Reviewing incoming candidate lists from job portals, internal referrals and vendor recommendations Performing an initial screening against the requirements of the role Creating shortlists with clear rationale and providing recommended next steps for the Hiring Managers Maintaining accurate candidate status and notes in the Applicant Tracking System  Vendor Management and Communication  Acting as a primary point of contact for sourcing vendors – distributing briefs, clarifying role requirements, tracking delivery and follow up on candidate submissions Monitoring vendor performance (quality, responsiveness, SLAs) and escalating issues to Retail HR Business Partners when necessary  Interview Coordination Scheduling interviews between candidates, Hiring Managers, and interview panels Arranging virtual / onsite logistics and ensuring interview packs are circulated on time Managing candidate communications (confirmation, reminders, feedback, offers where applicable) to deliver a positive candidate experience  Reporting and Continuous Improvement Maintaining sourcing dashboards and weekly status updates (eg: candidate pipelines, submission-to-interview ratios, vendor scorecards) Suggesting improvements to sourcing workflows, job advertisement wording or candidate assessment criteria to increase hire quality and speed  Adhoc HR Support Assisting with campus or community outreach events, recruitment drives, and other retail hiring initiatives as required  We would love to hear from you if you are/have… A diploma / bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Communications or a related discipline preferred 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, resourcing, or sourcing, ideally in a retail / hospitality industry  Hands-on experience using ATS and major job boards (eg: LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, FastJobs, MyCareersFuture, Indeed) Strong written and verbal communication skills Good organisational and stakeholder management skills Attention to detail and high accuracy in candidate screening and record-keeping Ability to prioritise under pressure and meet tight deadlines Ability to produce / interpret simple hiring metrics and reports Proactive problem solver and team player  Here, you will find: Community, in which authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spirit Culture of empowerment, learning & growth, that offers you the tools, space and opportunity to learn, innovate and lead Work that brings fulfilment, from delighting clients every day, to inspiring our industry at large, every action makes a difference  It is in the Sephora DNA to champion a world of inspiration and inclusion where everyone can celebrate their beauty.
