The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions across the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:Overseeing recruitment and selection across multiple functions Managing onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle operations Driving employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and retention strategies Handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management Managing payroll coordination, attendance, and HRIS updates Ensuring compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies Leading performance management cycles, feedback processes, and goal alignment Supporting learning & development, talent development, and workforce planning Implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals Overseeing exit processes, documentation, and final settlements Preparing HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for leadership Coordinating with leadership on organizational design and growth initiatives This role requires a proactive generalist who can oversee multiple HR verticals independently while contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.QualificationsProven experience across end-to-end HR Generalist functions Strong background in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Lifecycle Management Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution & Engagement Initiatives Knowledge of Indian Employment Laws, Statutory Compliance & HR Policies Experience managing Payroll inputs, Attendance, and HRIS systems Proficiency in HR tools such as greytHR, Darwinbox, BambooHR, or similar HRMS platforms Strong skills in Performance Management, Talent Development & Workforce Planning Excellent Communication, Leadership & Decision-Making capabilities Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in fast-paced environments Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/HR certification (SHRM/PHR) is a plus Skills: management,talent acquisition,employee relations,payroll
