We believe in the power of a multidisciplinary approach, and our team of professionals includes nurses, psychologists, social workers, counsellors, a psychiatrist, occupational therapists and physiotherapist.About The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Officer to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid role, with minimum 3 days a week based in our office in Springwood and Mount Gravatt. You will work closely with the Operational Director and a Recruitment Officer to manage all HR functions. This is a highly operational role focused on delivering practical HR solutions and supporting managers across the employee lifecycle.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR administration using Employment Hero and MYP systems. Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and induction programs. Support managers with performance reviews and develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). Coordinate staff engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs. Work with Clinical Nurse Educators to deliver training programs and ensure compliance with online training modules. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Fair Work and WHS requirements. Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and provide advice on employee relationsWhat We’re Looking For Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role. Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
