You’ll also provide generalist HR support, contributing to the full employee lifecycle, compliance, and exciting HR projects. You will play a vital role in shaping our employer brand and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Responsibilities IncludeLead full cycle recruitment processesPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategiesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referralsScreen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role and cultureMaintain and optimise our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Support employer branding initiatives, university outreach, and diversity goals.Assist with workforce planning and recruitment metrics reporting and analysis.Support onboarding processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Provide generalist HR support including onboarding, policy development, and employee queries.The PersonThe pace of change, growth and progress at Hypersonix can be at hypersonic pace! If you’re looking to make a real impact in People & Culture while advancing your HR career, we’d love to hear from you.To Be Successful In This Role You Will NeedQualification in HR or a related fieldProven experience in a generalist HR role.Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of Australian workplace relations laws.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).Passion for candidate experience and employer branding.A proactive, collaborative, and values-driven mindset.Desirable RequirementsExperience in aerospace, defence, or manufacturing industriesDriver's License, preferred (due to the location of our office).All candidates must have the right to live and work in Australia on a permanent basis, to be considered for this role.Why Choose Hypersonix?
