Our mission is to make career-building accessible to every student by providing the right resources, guidance, and hands-on opportunities for success in today's competitive world.Key Responsibilities:Human ResourcesHandle end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and performance tracking.Manage trainer and staff rosters, shift schedules, and incentives.Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.Foster a happy, positive studio culture — celebrating milestones, birthdays, and team wins.Back-End OperationsOversee daily studio administration, inventory management, and vendor coordination.Ensure smooth functioning of classes, maintenance, and front-desk support.Track expenses, petty cash, and assist in budgeting and reporting.Coordinate with trainers, members, and management for daily studio requirements.Sales & Customer ExperienceAssist in membership sales, renewals, and client engagement.Track and report weekly and monthly sales performance.Follow up with leads and ensure top-notch customer communication.Support front-desk interactions and help create memorable member experiences.Key Result Areas (KRAs):Employee and trainer engagement – maintain a motivated team and achieve 100% HR process compliance.Operational efficiency – ensure smooth day-to-day running of the studio with zero disruptions.Customer experience – maintain a 90%+ member satisfaction rate through prompt communication and service.Sales coordination – support membership renewals, follow-ups, and reporting accuracy.Attendance and payroll accuracy – zero payroll discrepancies and timely reporting.Cost and resource control – maintain efficient use of studio resources and vendor management.Skills & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or Hospitality).2–4 years of experience in HR, Operations, or Admin roles — preferably in fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Familiar with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and HR documentation.High energy, people-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.Must be based in Mumbai (preferably Western Suburbs) and available to work full-time from the studio.Immediate joiners preferred.
