Job Title: HR Administrative SpecialistLocation: Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), UAEJob Description:We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Specialist to support daily operations within our HR department. You will provide administrative and data support across various HR areas, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and service quality. Reporting to the Site HR Lead, you will handle a broad range of tasks including documentation, communication with employees and managers, third-party coordination, and HR systems maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Perform administrative tasks across HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll support, and leave management.Respond to HR-related queries from employees and managers in a timely and professional manner.Support the creation and management of HR documents including contracts, organizational charts, and handbooks.Track and report HR data and help prepare reports or presentations when needed.Work with third-party service providers (e.g., insurance and immigration) to ensure timely delivery of HR services.Assist in monthly payroll preparation by gathering and validating data.Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree; HR certification preferred.Minimum 6 years of HR administrative experience in a multinational company.Previous experience working in JAFZA is required.Strong skills in Microsoft Office and HR systems (preferably Workday).Excellent English communication skills.High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
