Part Time HR Administrator required for our client, an esteemed and collegiate representative body for a professional sector in Ireland.The ideal candidate will contribute to the effective delivery of HR services through the provision of high-quality administrative support across a range of HR activities and events.This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the HR function and in promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture for Executive Staff.Permanent Part time 3/4 day working week (20 hours in total)The client offers flexibility regarding how the 20 hours are distributed across the 3 or 4 days, allowing you to choose hours that best suit your schedule.Role & Responsibilities: The primary administrative duties of this position include maintaining employee records and other related HR documents to address:Accurate HRM System data entry,Contract preparation and onboarding activities,CPD data entry/course validation/follow ups and CPD/course logistics,Payroll & pension data collation/file updates,Leave and absence data management,Probation/My Progress tracking/follow up,Monthly people data reporting,Staff survey and feedback data management,Support GDPR annual audit on document management,Other administration requests.Ideal Candidate:A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR administration,Qualification in Human Resource Management is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Experienced in administration on HRM Systems and ATS.Excellent Attention to detail.Strong organisation and prioritisation skills and the ability to handle a busy, varied workload,Team player who actively contributes towards shared department goals.
