The Human Resources Administrator will play a hands-on role in this transformation — ensuring that day-to-day HR processes are accurate, compliant, and employee-focused.In this role, you’ll be the central link between employees, branch managers, payroll, and leadership. You’ll manage the details that keep our people operations running — from maintaining personnel records and coordinating onboarding, to processing employee changes and assisting with benefits and leave tracking.This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting things right, and wants to help shape a growing company’s HR foundation. You’ll work closely with experienced HR and Payroll leaders who are modernizing how Bay Crane supports its people.WHAT YOU’LL DOMaintain accurate and confidential employee records within our HR systemsPrepare and process employee changes such as hires, terminations, and pay updatesAssist with HR reports, audits, and compliance documentationPost job openings, review applicants, and coordinate interview schedulingCollect and process onboarding paperwork and support new hire orientationsHelp employees with benefit enrollments, changes, and leave requestsServe as a friendly first point of contact for general HR questionsSupport HR communications, trainings, and employee eventsPartner with payroll to ensure data accuracy and timely updatesWHAT YOU’LL BRINGAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred1–3 years of experience in HR administration or a related roleWorking knowledge of HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, benefits, recordkeeping)Strong organization and attention to detail—you take pride in accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ADP or similar HRIS systems a plusExcellent communication, professionalism, and discretion handling sensitive information
