Our Client is looking for an HR Administrator based at their Head Office, Menlyn, PretoriaQualifications/ Skills/ Experience Education & Experience: • Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, HR Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in an HR administrative role.• Proven experience in benefits administration is essential.• Demonstrated experience in recruitment administration, onboarding, and employee record management.Technical Skills: • Proficient in using HR software such as Sage VIP People, with the ability to generate accurate HR reports.• Strong ability to maintain and update HR databases, personnel files, and ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.• Competent in handling electronic filing, document scanning, and managing employee records within digital HR systems.• Experienced in using online recruitment platforms to post vacancies, track applications, and support the end-to-end recruitment process.Job Summary: The HR Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of HR services. This role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding and benefits administration.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle confidential information with professionalism.Key Responsibilities • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.• Prepare and issue HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and confirmations. • Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and all termination processes. • Manage and handle all employee benefits administration.• Handle employee queries and provide general HR support.• Prepare and issue HR-related documentation including employment contracts, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and termination letters.• Track and update employee movements such as contract renewals, probation reviews, and position changes.• Coordinated employment offers and onboarding for candidates across South Africa. • Managed and issued HR-related documentation, including contracts, promotions, transfers, and terminations.• Maintained personnel records and ensured compliance with company policies and labor regulations.• Processed employee benefits, Medical Aid (Discovery), Discovery Flexicare Insurance, Liberty Retirement Annuities, Liberty Provident Fund, and Group Life Insurance for Namibia. • Conducted criminal background checks and qualification verifications with MIE. • Facilitated confirmation of employment requests and managed company documents. • Prepared and distributed monthly HR activity reports to finance.• Ensure effective communication of company policies and documents to site employees.
