Role Description This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Administrator, based on-site in Bayan Lepas. The Human Resources Administrator will handle day-to-day HR tasks such as managing benefits administration, overseeing HR management activities, maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role includes responsibilities such as employee record keeping, handling onboarding/offboarding processes, and addressing employee inquiries. Qualifications Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR ManagementProficiency in Benefits Administration and HRISKnowledge of Labor and Employment LawExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work effectively and efficiently on-siteBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plusPrevious experience in the jewelry or retail industry is beneficial
