With a strong reputation built over many years, the business continues to grow and evolve while investing in the capability of its people and leadership teams.About the RoleThis is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their HR career who is keen to learn and build strong foundations in People & Culture.Working closely with a small and collaborative P&C team, this role will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across a wide range of HR activities. You’ll gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle while supporting experienced HR Business Partners who partner with leaders across operational and corporate teams.To be successful in this role, you will be naturally organised, enjoy working with people and not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.This opportunity is ideal for someone with a natural curiosity for systems and technology, and a strong interest in leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and support continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboardingAssist with the preparation of employment contracts, letters and HR documentationMaintain accurate employee records and HR systemsCoordinate onboarding activities for new starters and support a smooth employee experienceAssist with recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and candidate communicationSupport the P&C team with reporting, data updates and general HR coordinationHelp ensure HR processes and documentation are maintained in line with company policiesProvide general support to HR Business Partners across operational and corporate teamsTo be successful in this role, you will have:Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or currently completingA genuine interest in building a career in HR / People & CultureStrong attention to detail and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environmentConfident and professional communication stylePeople-focused approach with the ability to build positive relationshipsHigh levels of discretion and the ability to manage confidential informationA proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiativeEnjoy a hands-on approach with a “no task too small” attitudeThe ability to work efficiently and support multiple prioritiesOur client offers a supportive and flexible working environment where the P&C function plays an important role in enabling business performance.
