HR Advisor – Media Agency | LondonHybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days WFHSalary: £40K An award winning media business has an opportunity for an HR Advisor to join their high-performing, HR team supporting multiple business areas. This role would suit someone stepping up from a Coordintor or a sideways move as an Advisor, looking for more scope and opportunity. Supporting a client group of around 350, you will deliver operational excellence and build impactful relationships.Remit:Full employee lifecycleManaging HR related queriesCoaching and supporting inexperienced managersManaging low level ER cases and previous experience of handling PIPs, parental leave and flexible working requests is essentialSupporting junior managers with PIPs and abscence management casesNote-taking on complex ER casesExperience managing sponsorship and visa processes is preferredDeliver culture and engagement initiatives across the teamWhat we’re looking for:Solid experience as an HR Coordinator in a large organisation or an HR Advisor looking to make a sideways moveExposure to ER, and confidently being able to handle low level casesExcellent attention to detail and someone who is able to build impactful relationships across the businessExperience in media, retail, hospitality, or similar industries is preferred
